Can't sign in?

I've forgotten my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address your club has for you. A reset link arrives by email. Check your junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.

If no email arrives at all, your club may have a different address on file for you. Ask your club administrator which email your account uses.

I never received my invite

Club Muster is invite-only. Your club creates your account, you can't sign yourself up. If your invite hasn't arrived:

My invite code isn't accepted

Codes are tied to the email address they were sent to, so the address you enter when creating your account must match the one that received the invite. If you're sure it does and the code is still refused, it has probably expired. Ask your club for a fresh one.

I'm signed in but I can't see any chats

Chats appear once your club administrator adds you to a team or group. If you've just been approved and nothing is there yet, ask them to check your team membership.

Junior members

How do I get my child set up?

In the app, go to Profile → My Children → Add a junior member. You can link an existing child account using their username, or request a new one. Either way your club administrator approves it before it becomes active.

My child has forgotten their password

Children sign in with a username, not an email address, so the usual reset link doesn't apply to them. As their linked guardian you can reset it from Profile → My Children. You'll be shown a new temporary password once, so write it down before closing the screen.

What can my child see?

Only the chats for the teams and groups they've been added to. Nothing in Club Muster is public, and there is no direct messaging between individuals. Every chat containing an under-18 member shows a banner so adults in that room know children are present.

Your information

What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, including how safeguarding notes about children are handled and who can see them. Your rights (access, correction and deletion) are in section 12.

To ask what is held about you or your child, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us at support@clubmuster.com.au. We respond within 30 days, and usually within 1–2 business days.

Still stuck?

Email support@clubmuster.com.au and tell us your club name and the email address on your account. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

For anything about your own club (who's in which team, being added or removed, or a message you've seen), your club administrator can act faster than we can, because those are their decisions to make.
